At Tess Van Ghert we set our standards high to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and our level of service. Tess Van Ghert does not offer refunds. This does not effect your statutory rights. If you are not perfectly happy and you wish to exchange something, you have 14 days from the date you receive your items. This DOES NOT apply to handbag purchases, as they are made by bespoke order. Bespoke Items - defined as any goods specifically personalized and/or designed to your specifications. Orders for bespoke goods cannot be cancelled or changed once work has started on them.
Bespoke goods which are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be exchanged. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting of bespoke goods returned in error. Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge. Any problems with any part of a bespoke order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please e-mail email@example.com

All goods returned to us for an exchange should be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and must be accompanied by the delivery note. Tess Van Ghert does not cover the cost of exchanges (unless stated otherwise).
Please note we will only refund the postage and packaging charge for sending the product to you if the product does not match your order.
You will receive an email to confirm once the exchanged item has been dispatched. We will of course endeavor to sort your exchange out as quickly as possible.
Exchanges will be dealt with as soon as we receive your returned goods. If the exchange is for something of a higher value we may require some of your card details again. Alternative products can be exchanged according to our stock availability.
ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE HAND MADE FROM VARIOUS NATURAL LEATHERS, STONES AND BEADS. EACH PIECE IS INDIVIDUAL AND MAY VARY IN COLORATION AND TEXTURE. PLEASE TREAT YOUR TESS VAN GHERT PURCHASE WITH CARE. IT IS UNIQULEY YOURS.

If you notice that you accidentally made a mistake while placing your order and wish to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
